【Pharmacological Effects】Pharmacodynamics: Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic for animals, which has strong effects on mycoplasma.
Pharmacokinetics: Tylosin can be absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration, while tylosin phosphate is less absorbed.
【Drug Interactions】(1) Since they have the same target as other macrolides, lincosamides and amides, they should not be used simultaneously. (2) When used in combination with β-lactams, they exhibit antagonistic effects.
